With an infectious angelic spirit, Venna Bishop delivers an engaging message that has participants acknowledging their brilliance. Attendees in religious settings receive an enriched understanding of the role of angels in their lives as a result of Venna’s Biblical expertise on the subject, while those in the educational and retirement communities are intrigued with her ‘Angel journey’ and witty delivery.

Venna’s angel journey began in 1986 as a pulpit guest of Dr. Robert H. Schuller at the world famous Crystal Cathedral. She was one of the ‘flying angels’ in the Glory of Christmas pageant and commuted 800 miles round trip for rehearsals and performances, as a volunteer. Venna’s ‘surprise landing,’ during her first interview with Dr. Schuller launched her speaking career on the topic “It’s Not How You Fly, It’s How You LAND!”

Venna is a popular repeat interview guest at the Crystal Cathedral. Venna’s recent book, “Behind the Scenes Stories + Photos = Glory Pageants” is the only historical pictorial account of the pageants. The book was a part of her dissertation that led to her Doctorate of Ministry degree focusing on communication from the California Graduate School of Theology. Read more

“God’s Angels Through The Eyes Of Artists”

In God’s heavenly kingdom there are basically three triads or spheres of angels. They operate in way that reflects perfect order. Artists have painted these angelic messengers, and their paintings are found in various museums around the world. Venna connects these artistic interpretations, using power point and audience involvement, with verses from the Old Testament and/or New Testament that describe each of the orders in God’s angelic hierarchy.

“Absolutely superb! The message on the celestial hierarchy was fascinating and so informative . . . presents a wealth of information and keeps it interesting with visuals. Witty too!”
